This position is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and highly confidential transportation, as well as logistical and personal support for the executive. **Job Objective** Ensure timely, safe, and discreet transportation of the General Director, optimizing travel time through route planning and professional driving. **Main Responsibilities** * Transporting the General Director to meetings, construction sites, events, and personal activities. * Planning efficient routes considering traffic, timing, and contingencies. * Safe vehicle operation under **defensive driving** standards. * Supporting personal and work-related errands (messaging, payments, purchases, etc.). * Daily vehicle condition checks (fluid levels, cleanliness, maintenance). * Managing services, inspections, and preventive/corrective maintenance. * Using technological navigation tools (Google Maps, Waze, etc.). * Maintaining absolute **confidentiality** regarding the Director’s information and activities. * Availability for occasional out-of-town travel. **Required Profile** **Education:** * Minimum completed junior high school (high school preferred). **Experience:** * Minimum 3–5 years as an Executive Driver or personal driver for senior executives. * Proven experience transporting executives or business owners. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Defensive and preventive driving. * Familiarity with the city of Morelia and surrounding areas. * Proficiency with navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze). * Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles. * Basic automotive mechanical knowledge (preferred). **Key Competencies:** * Discretion and confidentiality * Responsibility and punctuality * Service-oriented attitude * Proactivity * Excellent appearance * Flexibility with variable schedules **Additional Requirements** * Valid driver’s license (Class A or equivalent). * Full schedule availability (including weekends if required). * Availability for travel. * Verifiable employment references. **We Offer** * **Suggested salary:** $14,000 to $18,000 net monthly (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Professional work environment. * Potential for additional income from per diems or overtime (depending on operations).
