Adapt quickly to changing priorities and suggest workflow improvements **Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator** **Job Type:** Full\-time **Department:** Operations / Executive Support **Job Description** We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Executive Assistant** to support leadership across multiple ongoing projects. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and focuses on **project coordination, execution tracking, and dynamic task prioritization**. The ideal candidate can translate high\-level direction into structured action, manage shifting priorities, and ensure multiple initiatives move forward efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** **Calendar \& Priority Management** * Manage and optimize executive calendar based on evolving priorities * Align meetings and time blocks with business objectives * Adjust scheduling in real time as priorities shift **Communication \& Task Flow** * Manage incoming communications and convert them into actionable items * Draft responses and follow\-ups on behalf of the executive * Ensure no critical tasks or messages are missed **Multi\-Project Coordination** * Track progress across multiple projects simultaneously * Maintain visibility of deadlines, dependencies, and blockers * Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders * Ensure alignment between projects and executive priorities **Task Structuring \& Reprioritization** * Break down high\-level instructions into clear, actionable tasks * Reorganize and reprioritize tasks as needed * Identify inefficiencies and suggest workflow improvements * Adapt quickly to changing priorities **Administrative \& Operational Support** * Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation * Maintain organized systems for files, notes, and tracking * Support the creation of structured processes and workflows **Confidentiality** * Handle sensitive information with discretion * Maintain strict confidentiality at all times **Requirements** * Strong organizational and time\-management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * High attention to detail and follow\-through * Strong problem\-solving skills * Comfortable working in fast\-paced, changing environments * Proficiency with: * Google Workspace * Excel * Notion / Asana / Trello * Slack **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role * Experience supporting entrepreneurs or multi\-project environments * Familiarity with project management tools and workflows * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred **Work Style Expectations** * Proactive and self\-directed * Able to work with minimal supervision * Anticipates needs and solves problems independently * Highly adaptable to shifting priorities * Reliable, responsive, and detail\-oriented **Compensation \& Benefits** * Competitive salary based on experience * Dynamic and fast\-paced work environment Sueldo: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 al mes Pregunta(s) de postulación: * Aceptas trabajar modalidad contractor? * Expectativa salarial?
