Job Summary: GEPP seeks a Data Analyst to ensure uninterrupted operation of customer service operations and coordinate communication across departments. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare statistical reports to support decision-making. GEPP, a leading company in the beverage industry, is seeking passionate professionals to join our team as a Data Analyst. WE ARE LOOKING FOR Ensuring uninterrupted operation of various customer service channels via phone and WhatsApp, guaranteeing timely and high-quality responses. Acting as a liaison between departments to coordinate service delivery, track progress, and maintain communication with users. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Administration, or Engineering (completed). REQUIREMENTS Experience managing large-scale contact centers to deliver operational compliance solutions. Proficiency in data analysis and continuous improvement strategies, ensuring operational efficiency and achievement of business and management KPIs. Proficiency in automation tools and ability to lead cross-functional teams, promoting innovation and service quality. Knowledge of statistical models. Intermediate Power BI. Advanced Excel. · RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare statistical reports to support decision-making in sales department management. Standardize reports for periodic tracking of strategy implementation. Optimize internal information processes to facilitate sales performance indicator management through database administration. Apply data security protocols (users, reports, access rights, and logs). Organize information handling and delivery according to priority to ensure efficient delivery. Use data visualization tools to present information in a clear and understandable format.
