We seek to hire an **Accounting Manager** with leadership skills, technical experience, and the ability to motivate and lead their team. ### **What We Offer** MXN 16,000–18,000 gross (based on experience) Statutory benefits Job stability and professional growth **1 remote workday per week** Excellent work environment within an established firm ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (candidate nearing graduation or already graduated) * 2–3 years of verifiable experience as an **Accounting Manager** or in a similar role * Knowledge and experience using **Aspel COI and NOI** (preferred) * Proficiency in calculating monthly and annual taxes * Experience supervising accounting teams * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervision and management of **general accounting** * Coordination and review of accounting team deliverables * Preparation and analysis of **financial statements** * **Tax calculation** for individuals and legal entities * Coordination with external auditors * Ensuring compliance with current tax and accounting regulations
