**Job Description** We are looking for a **Java Full-Stack Developer** capable of working autonomously, with solid foundations in web and backend development, and a willingness to learn new tools. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow rapidly by participating in real-world projects. You will participate in the development of: * CRM-type systems * Internal platforms * Microservices-based integrations * Landing page tracking * Custom software for various business areas We seek a responsible, proactive individual who can advance without micromanagement and adapt easily to new technologies, API integrations, and real-time data handling from diverse platforms. **Responsibilities** * Development and maintenance of full-stack web applications (Java + Vue.js) * Building and consuming APIs and microservices * Implementation of reusable Vue/Nuxt components * Integration with AWS services and Google APIs * Technical design, database modeling, and maintenance * Implementation of interfaces based on Figma designs * Occasional support in hybrid mobile development (React Native or Ionic) * Integration of external tools and real-time data processing * Collaboration with the team to ensure deliverables and code quality **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering in Systems, Computer Science, Software, or related fields (completed or in progress) * Solid knowledge of **Java**, **Spring**, and microservices * Basic/intermediate level in **Vue.js** (Nuxt experience preferred) * Proficiency in **HTML, CSS, JavaScript** * Experience with **Git/GitHub** * Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases * Familiarity or experience with **Python/Django** * Familiarity with **React Native** or **Ionic** (preferred) * Basic knowledge of **AWS** * Openness to learning new tools and working with API integrations * Ability to interpret, process, and update real-time information within applications * Proactive attitude and capacity to solve problems independently * Preferred: Prior participation in projects or internships **We Offer** * Monthly salary of **MXN $12,000 – $17,000**, with a progressive increase scheme based on performance and results during the first months.
