WE ARE SEEKING A DELIVERY COORDINATOR Job Mission: Provide support to the crew in identifying, managing, and resolving needs and incidents on routes and/or with customers; develop the crew under your supervision; and serve as a liaison between administrative and operational processes. Prioritize operational discipline, regulations, and quality, safety, and environmental standards while maintaining close interfunctional communication to achieve results. Responsibilities: 1. Attend to the crew and manage the staggered departure of routes from the Operating Unit, preventing and handling any irregularities 2. Provide feedback and follow-up on market conditions (e.g., coordinate updates, manual orders, service order portal support, etc.) 3. Participate in action plans to prevent incidents/accidents. In case of an incident/accident, provide immediate attention and support to the crew and implement an alternative delivery action plan, keeping the customer informed about their delivery status. 4. Monitor route arrivals at the Operating Unit, review performance indicators and operational performance, and promptly provide feedback and improvement proposals to the crew. 5. Supervise alerts, events, and work orders generated by technological tools, identifying route patterns to anticipate possible contingencies. 6. Schedule customer visits aligned with DSM, validating customer distribution-related needs and prioritizing based on indicators, complaints, and alerts.
