Analysis and Reporting * Analyze internal and external datasets (CRM, programs, campaigns, fundraising) to identify trends and opportunities. * Generate periodic and ad\-hoc reports for leadership, programs, and partnerships. * Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non\-technical audiences. * Support the definition and tracking of M\&E (Monitoring and Evaluation). 2\. Business Intelligence and Data Visualization * Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau, Metabase). * Ensure dashboards are user\-friendly, reliable, and well\-documented. * Collaborate with stakeholders to refine reporting needs and improve existing dashboards. * Apply best practices in data visualization for clarity and consistency. 3\. Data Engineering and Automation * Develop and maintain automated workflows to consolidate data from CRMs, Google Sheets, Typeform, and APIs. * Write clean, maintainable Python and SQL code for data cleaning, transformation, and scheduled updates. * Implement and enhance basic data quality checks and standardization. * Contribute to lightweight ETL/ELT processes supporting analytics and business intelligence. 4\. Collaboration, Documentation, and Support * Document data models, pipelines, dashboards, and key metric definitions. * Deliver short trainings or tutorials to help staff effectively use data products. * Collaborate with programs, operations, and partnerships to align data solutions with real\-world needs. * Support occasional data requests for donors, grants, and external reporting. **Salary:** $1,000 – $1,200 USD per month, depending on experience. **Time Commitment:** Full\-time position. **Employment Type:** Contractor. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. +1 year of experience in data analysis, BI, or similar roles (internships and projects included). Proficiency in SQL and Python for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis. Practical experience building dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Metabase (preferred). Familiarity with APIs, CRMs (Salesforce preferred), and integrating data from diverse tools. Proactive and self\-directed. Fast learner, enthusiastic about new methodologies.
