




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible individual to manage sales orders, update customer information, and generate reports with meticulous attention to detail. Must demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for collaborative work. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, verify, and process sales orders for accurate data entry * Manage recovery of returned orders * Prepare reports on processed, open, and invoiced orders * Register new customers in the system * Maintain up-to-date and complete customer information * Generate and update sales and discount reports * Respond to customer and account executive requests (e.g., invoices, credit notes) * Invoice consumption tickets on supplier portals **Experience and Skills:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or data input * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel * High data entry speed with low error margin * Organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail * Basic mathematical skills * Focus on internal and external customer service **Position Conditions:** * Employment type: Temporary * Work modality: Remote (Home Office) * Work equipment provided (laptop and mobile phone) Salary: $9,000\.00 \- $10,900\.47 per month Work location: Remote employment
