




Join our team We are seeking personnel for customer service **Functions and responsibilities:** * Provide in-person service to members and visitors. * Provide information regarding schedules, events, and sports center services. * Handle complaints, suggestions, and reports, channeling them to the corresponding departments. * Assist in organizing and promoting sports activities and events. * Keep member information updated in the system. * Monitor users’ compliance with internal regulations. * Assist with administrative tasks in the customer service area. **Job requirements:** * Minimum education level: Secondary school or high school diploma. * Customer service experience (desirable). * Basic knowledge of sports activities (desirable). * Basic computer and record-keeping system skills. **Skills and competencies:** * Service-oriented attitude and courteous demeanor. * Clear and effective communication. * Empathy and conflict resolution. * Organization and teamwork. * Proactivity and responsibility. **Working conditions:** * Schedule: Rotating shifts / weekends * Modality: In-person Benefits Savings fund twice a year Monthly food vouchers Cafeteria 30 days’ year-end bonus Job type: Full-time Salary: $15,500.00 - $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Free parking * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Workplace: In-person employment
