Job Description: At City Market Antea, we seek individuals passionate about cooking, creative, and possessing an excellent service attitude to join our team as a Cook, responsible for preparing, presenting, and serving gourmet-style food while ensuring quality, freshness, and an exceptional customer experience. Requirements: Minimum Education: Secondary school Minimum 6 months of culinary experience, preferably in prepared foods or hot/cold kitchen operations Availability to rotate shifts (Monday through Sunday, with mid-week day off) Residence near Plaza Antea Service-oriented attitude, teamwork, and sense of urgency Passion for cooking and customer service Complete documentation: Valid INE (National Identity Card) Updated RFC (Taxpayer Registry Code) Social Security Number CURP (Unique Population Registry Code) Updated Birth Certificate Responsibilities: Preparation and execution of dishes according to recipes. Preparing food in front of customers. Direct customer interaction and support in service. Proper handling of ingredients and portion control. Support in hot and cold kitchen operations. Plating and presentation of dishes. Monitoring cooking times and quality control. Checking expiration dates and applying FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory method. Cleaning and organizing the work area. Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. Support in inventory management and goods receipt.
