Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Lathe Operator with experience in lathes for caps or jewelry, responsible for manufacturing and repairing complex parts with high precision tolerances and finishes. We are currently seeking new talent as a Mechanical Lathe Operator with extensive experience and proven expertise in lathes for caps or jewelry. The candidate will be responsible for manufacturing and repairing complex parts, ensuring high-precision tolerances and finishes. Responsibilities * Expert operation of conventional lathe * Interpretation of technical drawings, management of geometric and dimensional tolerances, surface finish symbols * Calculation of cutting speeds, feed rates, and selection of cutting tools according to material * Sharpening of cutting tools * Preventive maintenance of machinery under the operator’s responsibility Requirements * Proficiency in measuring instruments (micrometer, vernier caliper, dial indicators) * Interpretation of mechanical drawings: Mastery in reading drawings and ability to collaborate with designers * Ability to independently resolve technical problems * Experience: Minimum 2–3 verifiable years We Offer * $12,000 to $14,000 monthly gross salary * Statutory benefits * Uniforms * Monday to Friday (07:00 to 16:00 / 22:00 to 07:00\)
