Profile Requirements: Location: Must reside in Naucalpan or the northern zone of the State of Mexico. Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable supervisory experience (Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Supervisor) in convenience stores or retail (e.g., Oxxo, 7-Eleven, Círculo K, Tiendas 3B, Neto, etc.). Knowledge: KPI management, inventory control, vendor receiving, and cash audits. Skills: Team leadership, results orientation, and customer service focus. Availability: Monday to Sunday schedule with one rotating day off per week. · Your main responsibilities: General Administration: Oversee operational processes and ensure compliance with store standards. Inventory Control: Manage orders, merchandise receiving, and strict shrinkage control. Leadership: Personnel management, team motivation, and training of direct reports.
