Join our team!** Paradise Village Beach Resort \& Spa is seeking a bilingual **Contract Verification Officer (CVO)** to join our Vacation Ownership team. This position plays a **critical role in the final phase of the sales process**, ensuring that all purchase documentation is accurate, compliant with regulations, and clearly understood by our members. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-professional, and confident when explaining financing terms and contractual obligations. Qualifications: **A bachelor’s degree is preferred** (Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality, or related field). * **Bilingual** (English and Spanish – written and spoken).• Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**. * Ability to clearly explain **financial information and contractual terms** to customers. * High level of **attention to detail and organization**. * Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively in a **team environment**. * Effective communication skills to professionally respond to customer inquiries. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).** * Professional appearance and confidence when interacting **directly with customers**.
