For more information, visit WPP.com. **We Are Looking For: Content Studio Lead** If you’re passionate about creating content that connects, inspires, and sparks conversation—and love leading teams to shine—this is your place! **What You’ll Do:** * Lead and coordinate the production of highly creative and agile content for digital platforms and social media. * Manage and inspire a team of creators to elevate their ideas to the next level. * Oversee the entire process—from ideation and shooting to post\-production—ensuring impeccable quality. * Stay on top of the latest trends to propose innovative formats and content that break through. **Required Skills:** * 3\+ years of experience leading teams or projects within a content studio, digital agency, or similar environment. * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, Audiovisual Production, or related field. * Proven experience creating and producing social media content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.). * Knowledge of shooting techniques, lighting, and video editing. * A portfolio demonstrating your experience creating dynamic, high-quality content is essential! * **Advanced English** (you will need to communicate fluently in meetings and presentations).
