Track purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and payments. Control administrative budgets and construction expenses. Supervise documentary control and physical/digital archiving. Coordinate invoicing processes and expense verification. Track supplier and subcontractor contracts. Manage attendance records, incidents, and personnel documentation. Prepare administrative and financial reports. Coordinate procurement of supplies, materials, and general services. Track cost estimates and administrative project closeout. Support internal audits and process compliance. Supervise compliance with administrative policies. Coordinate administrative logistics across projects and offices. Maintain up-to-date financial and operational information. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction project administration.
