Job Summary: Administer, control, and supervise the dairy's accounting, tax, and financial information, ensuring compliance with obligations and reliable financial reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control and costing of perishable products Administer, control, and supervise the dairy's accounting, tax, and financial information, ensuring compliance with obligations before the Tax Administration Service (SAT) and guaranteeing reliable financial information for decision-making. * Recording and control of accounting entries (revenues, expenses, and journal entries). * Preparation and analysis of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement). * Calculation and filing of taxes (VAT, Income Tax, withholdings). * Control of accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Bank reconciliations. * Supervision of electronic invoicing (CFDI). * Review of cash counts. * Visits to branches to verify proper operations. * Daily bank deposits. * Physical inventory control (perishable products such as cheeses, creams, butter, yogurt, etc.). * Product costing and profit margin analysis. * Support during internal or external audits. * Assistance with budgeting and financial planning. * Will supervise one administrative assistant. * Technical knowledge: * Financial Information Standards (NIF). * Current Mexican tax legislation. * Accounting software proficiency (CONTPAQi, Aspel, etc.). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel. * Inventory and cost control in commercial businesses. * Competencies: * Organization and attention to detail. * Financial analysis. * Professional ethics and confidentiality. * Working under pressure (monthly closings and tax filings). * Planning and control.
