Sales and Customer Service Specialist – Hearing Solutions · We seek individuals with genuine dedication to service, empathy in customer interactions, and passion for delivering exceptional experiences. This role combines consultative sales, personalized attention, and close support for our patients—primarily senior adults. What You’ll Do: Provide warm, professional, and highly personalized customer service. Advise customers on hearing solutions and guide them through their journey. Achieve sales targets through trust-based, service-oriented selling. Support hearing assessments and perform auditory canal manipulation (with specialized training). Handle direct contact with the ear and earwax, adhering strictly to hygiene and care protocols. We’re Looking For Candidates With: Strong customer service orientation. Experience creating positive customer experiences. Enthusiasm for consultative sales and goal achievement. Comfort performing physical contact involving the ear/auditory canal. Sensitivity when serving older adults. Willingness to undergo a 2-month paid specialized training program in Mexico City (Polanco) to learn audiometry. Ideal Background Includes Experience In: Optical stores, healthcare, beauty, consultative retail, clinics, patient care, or high-service sales.
