Job Summary: We are seeking a collection advisor to manage the customer portfolio, conduct telephone and in-person collections, and validate credit limits. Key Highlights: 1. Management of collections from wholesale and delinquent customers 2. Monitoring of active customer portfolios 3. Validation of credit limit increases We are looking for a collection advisor Responsibilities: * Serving wholesale customers * Managing collections from delinquent customers via telephone and in person. * Monitoring active customer portfolios, * Daily portfolio entry in support of the collection manager * Validation for credit limit increases. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM (2-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM Salary: Tax-free base pay + bi-weekly bonuses starting after the first month.
