Job Summary: We are seeking professional claims investigators, traffic experts, criminologists, or attorneys with insurance experience for claims handling and documentary validation. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to conduct field interviews and validate documents 2. Minimum 1 year of experience as an adjuster or in the insurance industry 3. Excellent service attitude and proactive mindset Professional Claims Investigators, Traffic Experts, Criminologists, and/or Attorneys with insurance industry experience—preferably as an auto or property damage adjuster—and possessing the following qualifications: \- Ability to conduct in-person interviews and handle claims in the field, as well as validate documents at automotive dealerships, government agencies (e.g., public prosecutor offices), traffic and transit departments, fire departments, etc.; personal vehicle ownership preferred; proficiency in PC operation, digital photography, and tape measure usage \- Minimum 1 year of experience as an adjuster or in any insurance line; basic Office and PC skills; ability to independently compile case files including photographs and detailed vehicle damage analysis, accompanied by sketches and measurements \- Experience with insurance companies (Preferred) \- Age: Between 25 and 50 years \- Gender: Male or Female \- Excellent service attitude and proactive mindset \- Professional appearance \- Residence in Guadalajara, Jalisco, or the Metropolitan Area of Monterrey, N.L.
