The position is responsible for analyzing, adjudicating, and following up on claims, ensuring **information quality, SLA compliance**, and generation of **operational insights** that contribute to continuous improvement of processes and business outcomes. **Experience: 1 to 3 years** **•** Experience in **claims analysis and management**. **•** Experience in customer service and case handling. **•** Desired experience in reading and interpreting **policies**. **Technical Knowledge** **•** Proficiency in **claims management systems (claims systems)**. **•** Analysis of financial and technical information. **•** Interpretation of operational metrics (severity, frequency, SLAs). **•** Intermediate proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, Power BI or others). **Academic Background** **•** Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in economics, administration, finance, or related fields.
