The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical classes, guiding students in learning professional techniques, dish presentation, and culinary creativity development, always promoting discipline and commitment. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver theoretical and practical classes in gastronomy and pastry during weekdays or weekends. * Design and plan assessments aligned with the academic program. * Supervise and guide students during practical sessions, ensuring quality and learning outcomes. * Motivate students and foster their interest in entrepreneurship within the gastronomic field. * Maintain kitchen facilities and equipment in optimal and safe conditions. **Requirements:** * Degree in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional chef, preferably with teaching or training experience. * Proficiency in modern and traditional culinary and pastry techniques. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Passion for teaching and nurturing new talents. * Availability to work academic schedules and special events.
