Job Summary: We are seeking a General Physician to work as a certifying physician, handling patient calls and evaluating symptoms to provide medical guidance. Key Highlights: 1. Medical guidance and symptom assessment for patients. 2. Accurate documentation of consultations in the system. 3. Compliance with quality standards and service time requirements. We are seeking a General Physician to work as a certifying physician in CDMX. Located 5 minutes from Metro Cuatro Caminos or 10 minutes from Metro Refinería. * **Responsibilities:** Answer incoming calls from patients or users requiring medical guidance. Assess reported symptoms to provide initial guidance or preliminary recommendations. Document each consultation clearly and accurately in the system. Adhere to company-established quality standards and service time requirements. * **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Medicine (Graduated and licensed) **MANDATORY** * Experience: With or without experience; recent graduates welcome. * **What We Offer:** Work schedule from 11:00 to 23:00 **ONLY** on weekends and holidays.
