




Position Summary: Supervises and trains staff to ensure service quality, preparation, and inventory control in accordance with established standards and procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads and trains staff 2. Ensures service quality and punctuality 3. Coordinates inventory management and supervises control systems Plans and supervises the work of subordinate staff. Prepares reports on staff punctuality, cleanliness, attendance, and discipline. Conducts periodic meetings with employees to evaluate service performance. Provides ongoing training to staff. Verifies service quality based on establishment standards and procedures. Supervises the implementation of forms and control systems. Verifies pre-service preparation (mise en place). Coordinates inventory practices for tableware, glassware, and other service utensils across various service centers. Supervises service quality, speed, courtesy, and continuity.
