Direct and specialized customer service PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ⦿ Ensure branch staff generate add-on sales. ⦿ Prepare and validate the branch schedule with the Zone Manager every Thursday in Culiacán and every Sunday in Navolato. ⦿ Conduct branch opening and closing procedures. ⦿ Prepare processed batch documentation and submit it to Cashier Department. ⦿ Serve customers. ⦿ Handle special customer requests (e.g., complaints, specific orders) without neglecting the initial customer. ⦿ Review daily compliance with monthly average transaction value target. ⦿ Collaborate with the Zone Manager to develop sales growth proposals.
