We are seeking dedicated individuals with a commitment to service and love for animals, Join our team! **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet customers in a friendly and efficient manner, advising them on specific products for pet care. * Promote in-store products (pet food, toys, medications, accessories, etc.) and conduct direct sales to maximize revenue. * Handle any customer complaints or issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution. * Foster long-term relationships with regular customers through high-quality service and loyalty programs (discounts or promotions). * Place restocking orders with the central warehouse and coordinate their receipt. Ensure all received items match purchase orders. Work Location: On-site employment
