Available Positions: Floor Sales Associates General Assistants Cashiers Main Responsibilities: Assist and guide customers on the sales floor. Support branch cleaning and organization. Loading and unloading of merchandise. Multifunctional profile. Provide suggestive selling to enhance customer satisfaction. Candidate Requirements: Minimum education: Completed secondary school. Passion for sales and customer service. Flexible availability for work schedules. Complete basic documentation. RFC (Tax ID) Skills: Service-oriented attitude and ability to communicate effectively with customers. Adaptability and willingness to continuously learn. Availability to work rotating shifts, Monday through Sunday. Work Schedule: We operate Monday through Sunday, with 2 rest days per week assigned by management. Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 8:30 PM Sunday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM One-hour daily lunch break Benefits and Compensation: Weekly take-home salary of $2,090 Statutory and above-statutory benefits: $189 weekly food vouchers. $158 weekly savings fund.
