Job Description: Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to design, develop, test, implement, and support automation solutions using Blue Prism. * Participate in design sessions with clients to provide technical guidance on development considerations, performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and reusability. * Work closely with internal solution architects to understand the technological infrastructure. * Research and define necessary solutions and technologies for integration with clients’ enterprise applications. * Create and maintain technical documentation and specifications. * Participate in all stages of the development lifecycle: initial analysis, design, development, user acceptance testing, stabilization (hyper care), and long-term support. * Monitor, diagnose, and optimize existing automations and applications. * Adhere to best practices for governance, security, performance, and lifecycle management. * Document solutions, workflows, and technical designs to ensure long-term maintainability. * Identify and promote internally reusable assets for research and development. * Maintain a balance between technical skills and appropriate client relationship management. Profile Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in RPA development using Blue Prism. * **Valid Blue Prism Professional Developer certification (mandatory requirement).** * 2+ years of software development experience (preferably in .NET or Java). * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field. * Interest in the intelligent automation market and cloud infrastructure technologies. * Ability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies. * Mentorship mindset and willingness to support other developers. * Continuous learning orientation. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Knowledge of software development lifecycle under Agile methodologies (Agile SDLC). Mandatory Requirements: * Proven experience working with Blue Prism. * Valid Blue Prism Professional certification. * **Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (professional-level conversational and written fluency).** * Availability to collaborate with international teams and clients.
