Job Summary: We are seeking a Billing and Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage wholesale billing, collection control, and handling of returns and credit notes within a retail company. We are looking for your talent as: Billing and Accounts Receivable Analyst Job Objective: Wholesale customer billing, accounts receivable control and follow-up, management of returns and credit notes. Requirements: 2 or more years of experience as a billing analyst or in similar positions Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience with any ERP system Knowledge of billing and collections Expense control Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (non-negotiable) Responsibilities: Issuing and tracking invoices to customers or suppliers Bank reconciliations and account statements Executing collections and generating payment complements Reviewing and monitoring due dates in the customer portfolio Creating, modifying, and/or consulting customer records Managing the SAT portal (billing, credit notes, payment complements, and/or cancellations) Generating reports and reconciling data (aging of balances, income, collections, and VAT) Supporting internal customers (intercompany) Submitting monthly closings Transferring goods between warehouses and companies Billing through two different systems and SAT We Offer: Monthly gross salary of $12,000 Statutory benefits Weekly payments Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Subsidized cafeteria Financial support for employees’ children with academic excellence School supplies assistance Career growth Work Location: Blvd. Miguel Alemán 160, Col.
