San Jerónimo, Monterrey, N.L. **Work Mode:** On-site (with option for remote work after probation period) Job Description: At ALEREX, we are seeking **Accounting Assistants** with or without experience who wish to develop professionally within the accounting department. This position is ideal for students or recent graduates in Public Accounting seeking practical experience in a professional environment. Requirements: * Student or graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting * Minimum 6 months of experience (preferred but not mandatory) * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office * Familiarity with CONTPAQ system (preferred) * Basic English (optional) * Age between 18 and 25 years Responsibilities: * Recording accounting journal entries * Preparing bank reconciliations * Assisting with monthly and informative tax filings * Supporting general accounting department activities We Offer: * Monthly salary of **$9,451.20** * Statutory benefits (IMSS) * Direct employment with the company * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Opportunity for professional growth * Hybrid work arrangement after the probation period (3 months) Selection Process: * 1 in-person interview * Basic knowledge assessment If you are interested in starting or advancing your career in the accounting field, apply through this channel.
