Your main objective will be preparing documentation for assignment files related to Government Procurement Adjudication processes for equipment delivery. **Your key responsibilities:** * **Documentation Control:** Managing events and preparing required documentation for assignment files in Government Procurement Adjudication processes for product deliveries; this must be performed meticulously according to the specific requirements of each Purchase Order. * **Internal Coordination:** Liaising with Procurement, Logistics, Legal, Biomedical Services, and Billing departments to ensure service level compliance. **Essential Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in administrative roles, corporate client service, or sales support. * **Skills:** **Executive-level writing proficiency** and absolute spelling accuracy. * **Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * **Profile:** We seek someone with professional maturity, attention to detail, strong verbal communication skills, high organizational ability, accountability, and capacity to work under pressure. **What We Offer:** * Salary: $12,000 net monthly. * Statutory benefits from day one. · Job stability and a team with strong camaraderie. · Contract duration: 3 months (with possibility of indefinite contract). * Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break). * 8-hour shift.
