Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and monitoring shrinkage prevention and reduction programs in perishable and non-perishable departments. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in supervising shrinkage prevention programs. 2. Shrinkage control and reduction for perishable and non-perishable items. 3. Expiration date supervision across various departments. * High school / Technical education. * One year of experience in a similar position. * Implement shrinkage prevention programs through established activities to ensure departmental operations. * Supervise and monitor shrinkage controls and reduction efforts in perishable and non-perishable departments through established activities to control store-level shrinkage. * Conduct departmental walkthroughs focused on expiration date review.
