Position Objective: Ensure that personnel in self-service operations acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for optimal job performance, aligned with position responsibilities and operational and administrative processes of the department, through course delivery, evaluation, validation, feedback, and reinforcement. Requirements: Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, or related field. Minimum one year of experience delivering one-on-one and group courses. Willingness to travel nationwide for extended periods. Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
