Description

Restaurant seeks a highly responsible and service-oriented Parking Supervisor to ensure an excellent experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in personnel supervision, high-level customer service, and coordination of parking operations. **Responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate the parking team to ensure efficient service. Receive and assist customers and visitors with professional and warm hospitality. Verify compliance with restaurant security protocols and service standards. Train and motivate staff. Handle and resolve customer issues or complaints related to parking services. Report incidents and generate reports for the Operations Department. Coordinate with Valet Parking to improve workflow and reduce customer waiting times. Ensure proper registration of entry and exit for suppliers and restaurant staff. Control ticket issuance and monitor correct process execution with the cafeteria. **Requirements:** Proven experience in team supervision or coordination (preferably in valet parking, restaurants, or related fields). Valid Class C driver's license and ability to operate various vehicle types (manual and automatic). Excellent personal presentation, communication skills, and customer interaction. Proactive attitude, leadership, and problem-solving ability. High school diploma or technical degree.
