This role involves outbound cold calling to homeowners and setting qualified appointments for our Solar, HVAC, and Roofing services. We are looking for professionals who are goal\-driven, consistent, and reliable. **Compensation** * $5–$10 USD per hour (based on experience and performance) * Performance\-based incentives available **Schedule** * **Monday to Friday (Afternoon Shift)** * Minimum of **30 hours per week required** * Work hours available between **8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (MST)** * Optional weekend hours available for those who want to increase their weekly hours **Responsibilities** * Make outbound cold calls to homeowners * Present services clearly and confidently * Set qualified appointments * Accurately input appointment information * Meet performance and attendance expectations **Requirements** * Bilingual (English \& Spanish) * Experience in cold calling * Appointment setting experience required * Solar, HVAC, or Roofing experience preferred * Strong communication and objection\-handling skills * Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace * Professional attitude and accountability **Important Information** * Training is mandatory * Daily huddles Monday–Friday at 11:00 AM (MST) * Minimum 30 hours required to maintain incentive eligibility **How to Apply** Submit your resume.
