Opportunity for growth in a technology-driven environment **Analytics Engineer** **Location:** Querétaro \| Hybrid model (4 days in office / 1 day remote) **About the Opportunity** We are looking for an **Analytics Engineer** to join a global Data \& Analytics team. This role is critical in developing robust data solutions focused on transforming information into reliable, analysis-ready datasets. The role is technically oriented, working with modern tools such as **Microsoft Fabric, dbt, SQL, and Power BI**, collaborating across various business areas. **Responsibilities** * Design, build, and maintain scalable data models using SQL and dbt * Develop data transformations within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand information needs and translate them into analytical solutions * Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance through testing and documentation * Optimize queries and processes for large volumes of data * Monitor and track data pipelines, proactively resolving incidents * Contribute to defining best practices for data modeling and version control **Requirements** * 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or related fields * Strong advanced SQL experience * Hands-on experience with dbt (Core or Cloud) * Experience with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Power BI) * Experience with data modeling in data warehouses or lakehouses * Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD practices * Experience with Power BI (semantic models, DAX) * Advanced English (mandatory) **Desirable** * Experience with integrations or data models in: * SAP (ECC, S4/HANA) * Oracle EBS * Salesforce or other enterprise systems * Knowledge of data governance, data lineage, and observability * Experience with Python or other scripting languages * Experience in Agile or DevOps environments **We Offer** * Hybrid work model (4 days in office / 1 day remote) * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Relocation bonus (if applicable) * Participation in global projects * Opportunity for growth within a technology-driven environment Salary: $35,000\.00 \- $45,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
