Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Data Analyst to join our team, ensuring uninterrupted operation of customer service activities and acting as a liaison between departments to coordinate service delivery and follow-up. Prepare statistical reports to support decision-making GEPP, a leading company in the beverage industry, is looking for passionate professionals to join our team as a Data Analyst. WE ARE LOOKING FOR Ensuring uninterrupted operation of various customer service channels—including telephone and WhatsApp—guaranteeing timely and high-quality responses. Acting as a liaison between departments to coordinate service delivery, follow up, and maintain communication with users. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Administration, or Engineering (completed). REQUIREMENTS: Experience managing large-scale contact centers to deliver operational compliance solutions. Proficiency in data analysis and continuous improvement strategies, ensuring operational efficiency and achievement of business and management KPIs. Proficiency in automation tools and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, promoting innovation and service quality. Knowledge of statistical models. Intermediate Power BI. Intermediate Python programming skills. Advanced Excel. · RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare statistical reports to support decision-making in sales area management. Standardize reports for periodic tracking of strategy implementation. Optimize internal information processes to facilitate sales performance indicator management through database administration. Apply data security protocols (users, reports, access rights, and logs). Organize and dispatch information according to priority to ensure efficient delivery. Utilize data visualization tools to present information in a clear and understandable format. WE OFFER Statutory and above-statutory benefits. Monthly salary of $18,000 MXN.
