Founded in 1978 by Engineer José Luis Santillana Vega, its purpose is to meet the needs of the domestic market for **industrial fasteners, special screws, and tools** across a broad sector. **REQUIREMENTS:** \-Minimum 6 months of experience in: customer service, telephone sales, administration. \-Education: Completed High School \-Proficiency in PC, mobile phone, Office suite, WhatsApp, and social media \-Assertive communication skills \-Professional appearance **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \-Inventory, organize, and classify materials and documents \-Customer service \-Answering calls and providing electronic support \-Issuing sales documents and/or quotations, filing, and general administrative tasks \-Assisting with order fulfillment \-Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area \-Receiving and providing support to other departments to ensure optimal task execution **WE OFFER:** Monthly gross base salary: **$9,600\.00** Statutory benefits \*Bonuses: **punctuality and productivity** Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00; Saturday, 09:00–15:00** Work location: **TLALNEPANTLA DE BAZ, CENTRAL AREA.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $9,600\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
