Promote direct collaboration and continuous professional development Accounts Payable Analyst Department: Finance / Treasury Location: Corporate Offices Work Mode: 100% On-site Position Objective Comprehensively manage the organization's expenditure cycle, ensuring that the recording, validation, and settlement of third-party obligations are executed under the strictest standards of internal control, tax compliance, and administrative efficiency. Main Responsibilities Liability Control: Validate, code, and record supplier and service provider invoices in the ERP system, ensuring correct accounting treatment. Tax Compliance: Verify the authenticity and tax requirements of received CFDIs, as well as manage corresponding payment complements. Treasury Management: Prepare weekly payment schedules and execute domestic and international bank transfers according to authorized cash flow. Account Reconciliation: Perform periodic account statement clean-ups and reconciliations with suppliers to prevent discrepancies or duplicate payments. Document Retention: Organize and maintain up-to-date supporting documentation for expenditures to meet internal and external audit requirements. Supplier Support: Serve as the primary liaison for resolving clarifications, managing payment dates, and administering the supplier portal. Candidate Profile Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (intern or graduate). Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of solid, verifiable experience in the Accounts Payable cycle within corporate environments. Technical Knowledge: * Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (logical functions, pivot tables, and data cross-referencing). Up-to-date knowledge of current tax regulations related to invoicing and withholding taxes.
