At ALTEN Mexico, we are looking for a **Senior Frontend Mobile React Native Developer** to join the team responsible for AT\&T's Super App. The ideal candidate will have experience developing high-traffic mobile applications, strong expertise in React Native and performance optimization, as well as skills to implement and improve critical functionalities within a TelCo and digital services ecosystem. The role involves close collaboration with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams in an agile environment, ensuring application quality, stability, and continuous evolution. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, enhance, and maintain key Super App features using React Native. * Adjust screens, flows, forms, validations, and reusable UI components. * Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs and properly handle errors, authentication, timeouts, and telemetry. * Optimize mobile performance (rendering, lists, images, caching) to ensure a seamless user experience. * Address and fix bugs, crashes, and compatibility issues on iOS and Android. * Perform root cause analysis and document evidence, solution, and validation of fixes. * Maintain high code quality through small, clear pull requests aligned with repository standards. * Work across dev/qa/stage/prod environments and support test build generation. * Collaborate closely with Product, QA, Architecture, and DevOps teams using agile methodologies. * Contribute to codebase health through targeted refactoring when necessary. **Requirements** 3 to 5 **years of mobile development experience**, preferably with high-traffic apps or TelCo/digital services ecosystems. Solid **experience with React Native**, state management (Redux, Zustand, Context), hooks, and navigation. Education: **Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field**. Experience consuming **REST/GraphQL APIs**. Excellent debugging, crash fixing, and problem analysis skills for iOS/Android. Knowledge of best practices: performance, memoization, optimized lists, image handling. Familiarity with **mobile CI/CD pipelines** and release processes. Proficiency with tools such as Git, linters, Jira, and React Native dependencies. Experience working in agile environments (Scrum). Code review skills and adherence to acceptance criteria. **Desirable** * Familiarity with design systems, reusable components, or internal libraries. * Experience in TelCo, digital services, or high-concurrency applications. * Knowledge of telemetry and monitoring (logging, error tracking, analytics). * Prior experience with advanced React Native performance optimization. **Benefits** Major medical expense insurance. 15 days of year-end bonus. 25% vacation premium. 12 vacation days starting from the first year.
