Ensure merchandise is stored correctly and appropriately. Receive, transfer, and prepare outgoing merchandise; count and store items; count and prepare items for transfers and outgoing shipments. Ensure accurate documentation for all inventory movements. Prevent inventory loss due to shrinkage, theft, or damage. Ensure merchandise is properly packaged. Compare physical inventory against system-available quantities. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse. Control empty packaging materials before disposal. Replenish products from the warehouse to the sales floor. Verify warehouse quantities against sales floor quantities; inform sales staff about replenished products. Ensure replenished merchandise has correct pricing and security tags; maintain products in their original packaging. Verify footwear matches its original box. Maintain appropriate physical presentation on the sales floor. Carry out tasks assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. REQUIREMENTS: 1\-2 years of experience focused on customer service within a retail environment (preferably apparel and footwear). Proven ability to exceed sales targets (previous commission-based roles), demonstrated ability to deliver high-level service, ability to reason through complex situations, proven effective communication skills, ability to present information to large groups.
