We are **Convertidora Gmv**, a company with over 40 years in the market dedicated to the production of flexible labels and packaging; we are looking for you — join us as: ***Auxiliary Warehouse Assistant*** **Requirements:** * Education: Completed junior high school. * Experience: 6 months as a general assistant or in production. * Easy access to the work area "Col. La Tijera, Tlajomulco" (behind Walmart Palomar). * Accustomed to physical effort. * Availability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule: 4 days working, 4 days off. **Responsibilities:** \- Transport, handle, and store cylinders with caution. \- Record cylinder movements in the logbook. \- Assemble and disassemble requested cylinder stacks. \- Conduct annual physical cylinder inventories. \- Perform routine cleaning of the cylinder warehouse area and record such activities. \- Participate in achieving departmental objectives, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives for the cylinder warehouse department. \- Participate in implementing the quality management system, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), 5S, and environmental care. \- Prevent any food safety incidents. \- Conduct shift handover in the area. **We Offer:** * Weekly tax-free salary: $2,045\. * Grocery vouchers: $1,099 monthly. * Savings fund: 10%. * Monthly productivity bonus: $3,000 upon plant-wide target achievement (for the first 3 months, the bonus is $1,000\). * 20 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Statutory benefits. * Profit-sharing. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Company-provided transportation. * A REAL opportunity for growth.
