OPTIMIZE THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE FROM LOGISTICS. GROW WITH IMPACT. This role is critical to ensuring efficient logistics execution, directly impacting the customer experience. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, analyzing operational information, and guaranteeing the highest service level, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? * Coordinate and manage shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and service quality. * Select the most suitable carrier based on cost, service level, and customer requirements. * Track shipments and ensure a consistent customer experience. * Accurately and promptly record and update information in internal systems. * Analyze operational data to identify deviations and propose continuous improvements. WHAT REQUIREMENTS MUST YOU MEET? * Education in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields (in progress or completed). * Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. * Communication skills to interact with departments such as Sales, Customer Service, and Operations. * Organization, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. * Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SAP or TMS is highly valued.
