The **Mass Market Trainee** is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Mass Market channel commercial team, learning about key sales, execution, and analytical processes, and contributing to the achievement of channel objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the execution of commercial and promotional plans for the commercial team, ensuring follow-up on basic channel tasks. * Update databases and generate dashboards and sales reports to track KPIs. * Monitor key operational processes: purchase orders, invoicing, inventory control, and order tracking with customers and internal departments. * Support the implementation of digital campaigns and promotions. * Maintain constant communication with customers and internal teams, ensuring correct strategy execution and issue resolution. * Monitor channel KPIs and provide insights to drive corrective actions, contributing to achieving sales and profitability objectives. * Participate in internal meetings by preparing reports and presentations. **Why YOU?** **Your Qualifications:** * Entry Level * Degree Holder: University graduate in Administrative Sciences and/or Industrial Engineering or related field. * Analytical ability to interpret data for generating insights. * Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools, including report creation and database management. * Intermediate Power BI skills * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency * Strong ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing environments, and demonstrate resilience when facing challenges. * Organisational and planning skills. * Proactivity and effective communication. **Diversity, Equity & Inclusion** At Haleon, we foster a diverse workforce by creating an inclusive environment that celebrates our unique perspectives, sparks curiosity to cultivate unparalleled mutual understanding, and promotes fair and equitable outcomes for all.
