Position Summary: Celular Express is seeking a Sales Commercial Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs in the telecommunications retail sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Onboarding and follow-up for new staff Celular Express, an Authorized Telcel Distributor with over 30 years of experience in the sales market and nationwide presence, is currently seeking your talent: **COMMERCIAL TRAINER – SALES** **INDUSTRY: TELECOMMUNICATIONS RETAIL** REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field. * Instructor experience. * Course design experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Deliver courses both in-person and online. * Develop and implement clear, goal-oriented learning materials and activities aligned with course learning objectives. * Design assessments and activities to measure participants’ progress throughout their training. * Develop training plans for sales departments. * Design and develop training manuals and programs. * Visit new staff at point-of-sale locations to conduct onboarding. * Conduct training needs assessments across the sales force and identify skill or knowledge gaps requiring attention. * Design performance evaluations.
