Benefits include, but are not limited to, tuition assistance, medical, dental, vision, disability, group life insurance, profit sharing, paid holidays, and vacation time. **Job Description:** Maintain organizational assets, machinery, and buildings in safe operating condition to ensure operational continuity, safety, food safety, and quality; by executing standards and good manufacturing practices specified in the quality management system and maintenance system. **Responsibilities:** 1. Execute assigned maintenance tasks according to maintenance plans, adhering to established standards, available technical documentation, or instructions from maintenance supervision, to ensure safe equipment operation. 2. Conduct scheduled inspections as defined in checklists to promptly detect malfunctions and anomalies in assets; record and report findings in logbooks and generate work orders to correct anomalies. 3. Use, organize, request, and maintain assigned tools, spare parts, equipment, and machinery operated or serviced, to ensure availability of tools and spare parts. 4. Actively participate in training programs, health and safety initiatives, 5S, emergency response teams, facility walkthroughs, and risk assessment programs. 5. Perform repairs on plant assets to restore functionality and operational conditions by diagnosing and resolving malfunctions and anomalies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Pneumatics, or related field (recent graduate) * Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting electrical and pneumatic diagrams. * Basic proficiency in process equipment and reading/interpreting electrical diagrams. * Proficiency in lubrication techniques and mechanical assembly. * Experience handling gas, water, and air distribution systems. * Experience and/or knowledge of good manufacturing practices and safety.
