JOB OBJECTIVE Provide preventive and corrective technical support for the organization's equipment, ensuring proper setup, dismantling, and operation of audio, video, and lighting systems, as well as appropriate network connectivity, with a focus on customer service and service excellence. II. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Audiovisual Equipment Operation: Set up and dismantle audio, video, and lighting equipment for required projects or events. 2. Diagnosis and Repair: Interpret electronic diagrams and use specialized measurement tools and equipment (such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering irons, etc.) to resolve failures. 3. Connectivity and Networks: Configure routers, assign IP addresses, and ensure proper connectivity for basic communication networks. 4. Software Support: Install, configure, and maintain application and institutional software on computing devices. 5. Customer Service: Provide direct technical support to users or customers, maintaining a service-oriented attitude focused on problem resolution and patience when handling incidents. 6.
