Job Summary: We are seeking a Cash Supervisor to coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the cash area, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain order and process compliance. Excellent work environment and camaraderie **BED BATH & BEYOND MÉXICO - JURIQUILLA, QUERETARO** **WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT!** **We are hiring Full-Time Cash Supervisors in JURIQUILLA** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in cash handling and cash management. * Leadership and customer service skills. * Proficiency with POS terminals and cash reconciliation. * Flexible availability for shift scheduling. * Teamwork and service-oriented attitude. * Retail experience preferred. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise daily cash area operations. * Coordinate and support cashier staff. * Ensure excellent customer service and support. * Conduct cash register openings, closings, and cash counts. * Monitor returns, promotions, and incidents. * Verify proper use of POS terminals and payment methods. * Maintain order, organization, and process compliance. * Support staff training and performance feedback. * Maintain constant communication with sales floor and management. **WE OFFER:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (IMSS coverage from day one). * Vacation bonus of 40% and Christmas bonus exceeding legal requirements (20 days). * Savings fund contribution of 2% based on your monthly salary. * Grocery vouchers of 2% based on your monthly salary. * Savings account. * Employee discounts across the entire store. * Excellent work environment and camaraderie. * Weekly payroll. One weekday day off. Daily working hours: 7 hours.
