This is your opportunity! Position: Store Manager We seek a passionate, responsible individual with experience in business unit administration and sales to manage one of our branches in Tijuana. Main Responsibilities: Increase market share by implementing sales strategies, prospecting new customers, and applying negotiation mechanisms to close sales. Responsible for placing orders to headquarters and receiving goods, prioritizing events. Preparation of price lists. Inventory administration and control, maintaining minimal shrinkage levels. Branch administration, staff selection and training, responsibility for branch expenses according to budget. Responsibility for healthy accounts receivable and policy compliance. Responsibility for cash handling and daily cash deposit collections. Responsibility for company assets. Responsibility for branch image, maintaining order and cleanliness in the store and cold room. Reporting to headquarters on inventory, cash register closing, inventory control, and shrinkage. Lead and motivate the work team (approximately 3 people). Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a store supervisor or administrator. Knowledge or experience in commercial management, inventory control, shrinkage (desirable), accounts receivable, budget management, and financial analysis. Education: High school diploma or incomplete university degree (preferably in commerce or administration). Flexible schedule and willingness to travel.
