Position Summary: Responsible for managing outbound shipments, quality control, and logistics coordination to ensure efficient multi-channel order dispatch and SLA compliance. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end shipment management and quality control in e-commerce environments. 2. Logistics optimization for key marketplaces such as Mercado Libre and Amazon. 3. Proactive role in loss prevention and operational communication. **Main Responsibilities** * **Pick & Pack Outbound Management:** Ensure accurate dispatch of multi-channel orders, guaranteeing compliance with each marketplace's SLAs. * **Quality Control and Scanning:** Perform preventive scanning of all finished goods. Generate packing confirmations to ensure 100% physical-system alignment. * **Dock and Space Optimization:** Assign and organize outbound locations by carrier, prioritizing continuous flow and critical volume for **Mercado Libre**. * **Specialized Logistics Coordination:** Manage delivery and documentation for **Full (ML), FBA (Amazon)**, and special deliveries via freight carriers and pickups. * **Document Control:** Safeguard and organize loading confirmations and detailed supporting documents for each unit dispatched from the CEDIS (loss prevention). * **Operational Communication:** Report pickup status in real time and escalate incidents to the Operations Group. **Desired Profile** * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in shipping, dispatch, or expedition roles, preferably within **3PL or E-commerce Distribution Centers**. * **Key Knowledge:** * Proficiency with courier portals and marketplace platforms (Seller Central, Mercado Libre). * Use of handheld / RF scanners. * Basic Excel skills for outbound reporting. * **Skills:** Ability to work under pressure (peak pickup hours), attention to detail, and proactivity.
