




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service professional to advise the distribution network on products, quotations, shipments, orders, and account statements, and to manage commercial relationships. Handling and tracking of shortages and returns A company with over 50 years of experience in marketing garden, agricultural, and forestry equipment and tools is looking for a professional to join its team as Customer Service. Responsibilities: - Advise the distribution network on products, quotations, shipment status, orders, and account statements - Handle and track shortages and returns - Enter and monitor sales orders and backorders - Monitor sales budget compliance - Promote products and communicate discounts and special promotions to the distribution network - Manage and maintain commercial relationships with distributors.
